Terms and Conditions

  • All invoices cancelled will be charged at 20% of the total invoice amount.
  • Please note that NO money will be paid back after confirmation documents are signed. If documents are not signed within 24 hours, we assume all is correct.
  • All branded orders take a minimum of 7 working days after final artwork is approved. (Unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon by management)
  • Amendments made to artwork will result in a delay on completion date. Should you require changes, we will issue a new layout for final approval before any production commences.
  • No orders will commence until quote and artwork is approved and a 75% deposit of total invoice amount is paid.
  • By accepting/signing the quote, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Robain Solutions.
  • Orders will only be released if last 25% of the total invoice amount is paid in full.
  • All money paid must reflect in Robain Embroidery Solutions (Pty) Ltd bank account before any orders are processed or released.
  • EFT is preferred. No cheques or direct cash deposits will be accepted.
  • Please note all quoted items are subject to product availability.
  • Samples can be purchased (ask for a price on required items). Samples need to be paid for in FULL. A refund will be made provided the returned sample has been returned within 5 working days in the original packaging and has passed quality check at the manufacturer/supplier and our account has been credited.
  • Vector artwork is preferred. Only artwork sent via email will be accepted. If artwork is not in correct format, artwork redraw fees will apply (fees will be calculated according to time spent and complexity of the redraw)
  • Note that artwork approval is client’s responsibility and that you ensure that all spelling, sizes and colours are correct before signing off. Robain Embroidery Solutions (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility once artwork is approved and orders completed have incorrect details/errors.
  • Robain Embroidery Solutions (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-completion of orders if artwork approval is not received.
  • Providing Pantone colours ensures the colours are printed as close as possible to your corporate colours. Print and computer screen colours may differ. We will not be held responsible for colour variations if a Pantone or physical swatch is not specified or supplied. For embroidery, Pantone colours are used as a reference to match to Marathon Thread colours, however the range of thread colours is limited when compared to Pantones and the closest (not always exact) match is used.
