Printing and Embroidery Terms and Conditions

  • All invoices cancelled, will be charged at 15% of total invoice amount.
  • Please note that no money will be paid back after confirmation documents are signed, if not signed within 24 hours we assume all is correct.
  • All jobs take a minimum of 7 working days to complete, if artwork is required it will be 7 days after the artwork has been approved.
  • No jobs will be done until order form is confirmed, artwork is approved and 75% deposit is paid in full.
  • No job will be released if last 25% of total amount is not paid if full.
  • All money paid must be available in Robain Solutions account before any job will be done/released.
  • Please note all quoted items are subject to product availability.
  • We do not accept any cheques or cash above R500.00.
  • Samples can be purchased at R150.00 per sample. These samples need to be paid upfront by EFT and can be returned within 5 working days. A full refund will be done when goods are returned and credited with manufacturers. Damage to any part of the sample/clothing, will result in samples not being accepted for return. For orders more than a 1000 items a sample can be done beforehand after the deposit has been paid, if neccesary.
  • Please note that the correctness of the artwork is your responsibility and that you must make sure of all the spelling. Robain Solutions will not take any responsibility for faulty artwork approvals.
